Tanderra Weekend Market

Open 10am – 3pm both days, Tanderra Craft Village provides a unique market experience. Originally built by BHP in the early 1940’s as a Single Men’s Hostel to house its Whyalla workers, the Tanderra complex is now home to a variety of stalls & shops selling a wide range of products, it is also home to several specialist craft & hobby groups plus the Steel Cap Gallery (our BHP Museum). Have a wander around, check out the model railway, grab a bite to eat from the Cafe or BBQ, play a game of Mini Golf or Giant Chess & much more. FREE Kids Trail. New stall holders are always welcome.
