Tanderra Weekend Market & BHP Tanderra Single Men Hostels 80th Anniversary

Help us celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the former BHP “Tanderra” Single Men’s Hostel on Saturday 28th. There will be a Cake cutting ceremony & speeches at 12:30pm, followed by a tour of the complex. Former residents of the Single Men’s Hostel are invited to come & see how much the place has changed. There will be Entertainment all day on Saturday including Whyalla Classic & Vintage Car Club display, Ashley’s Aquariums Animal Experience, plus Stanley the Clown & friends will be there performing magic tricks & making balloon creatures for the kids.
Over both days check out the indoor stalls & independent shops, visit the specialist craft groups, Steel Cap Gallery & model railway, or play a game of mini golf.
